In your work

The everyday challenge

A prospect may remember the conversation but forget the name, service or contact channel. A long follow-up attachment can bury the next step. A concise, relevant selection gives the recipient a clearer starting point.

What you can bring together

Use a visiting card for contact information and a selected offering for a product or service conversation. Reusable information cards help group work details. Preview the selection each time, especially when a role, phone number or offering has changed.

A fictional example

Fictional example: Dev meets a facilities manager. He sends his name, role and work phone, followed by one requested maintenance service. His personal phone and unrelated offerings are left out.

Before you send

A follow-up is easier to act on when the recipient knows the next step. Use an appropriate work contact and describe the selected offering clearly. Check that the materials are approved for you to share, especially if you represent another organisation. Keep internal pricing documents and customer records outside a general introduction, and review an old selection whenever your role or contact details change.

No. You choose the recipient and sharing action. The marketing demo does not send messages, and the product does not promise automated sales outreach.
